We are a husband and wife Team that have challenged ourselves to always make a positive impact in the lives of those we are fortunate enough to cross paths with. We are the parents of one of the most amazing young ladies that continually inspires us to strive to be the best versions of ourselves.
As we collaborate to work at Scales Training Company, our main goal is to provide our service with an extremely high level of excellence to our customers and partners. We believe that delivering a standard of excellence is a requirement because of the wonderful population that we provide our services for.
With a combined 29 plus years of experience in the mental health, IDD and Substance Use fields as direct support workers, CPI/NCI Instructors and Management roles; we take our careers seriously because we feel that we are a voice for a group of wonderful people that at times go unheard. We are extremely excited to work with you and feel honored to share our company in our community of Raleigh and also across the great states of North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Massachusetts and wherever the journey takes us next!
